Abu Dhabi's state-owned Adnoc and Indian private-sector congolmerate Reliance Industries have signed an agreement to build a new chlor-alkali (CA), ethylene dichloride (EDC) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC) facility in the Taziz chemicals zone in Ruwais.
