SBR technology tender has been extended. The package is not a routine supply job but a licensor-selection gate for a 190 KTPA elastomer unit inside BPCL’s planned Andhra Pradesh refinery-cum-petrochemical complex. The real pressure point is the narrow qualification filter around proven e-SBR and s-SBR technology.
