BASF closes the Rs 230 crore India leg of its Euro 7.7 billion coatings exit to Carlyle – 6 Jul 2026

The global BASF-Carlyle coatings transaction completed on 30 June, and BASF India's stake in BASF India Coatings Private Limited was transferred the same day at a consideration determined by an independent valuer. BASF retains 40 per cent of the new Surventis globally.
