A fire on a naphtha transport line at Haldia on 30 June killed one worker and injured more than twenty. Forty-eight hours later, ICRA reaffirmed HPL at A+ and revised the outlook from Negative to Stable on a margin and deleveraging story the rationale spells out in detail.
