Bina petrochemical and refinery expansion project turns ethylene cracker mechanical bidding into a Rs 1,000-crore risk test – 1 Jul 2026

BPCL and EIL have extended the ethylene cracker mechanical works bid, but the real story is not the extra week. The tender now carries a revised BoQ, new tender ID, mandatory resubmission and tighter manpower expectations. Contractors are being asked to price heavy lifts, free-issue material custody, site logistics and insurance exposure with limited relief.
