JK Tyre rating affirmed at IND AA-/A1+ as the Cavendish merger completes – 15 Jun 2026

Post the NCLT-approved merger of subsidiary Cavendish Industries (which ceased to exist December 22, 2025), India Ratings has affirmed JK Tyre at IND AA-/IND A1+ and withdrawn Cavendish's ratings, with all liabilities now vested in the parent. A clean post-merger credit consolidation for the tyre major.
