Gokul Agro hit with Mundra customs show-cause notice over duty drawback and RoDTEP claims – 15 Jun 2026

The Principal Commissioner of Customs at Mundra has issued Gokul Agro Resources a show-cause notice alleging unlawful availing of Duty Drawback and RoDTEP scrips under the Customs Act. A genuine regulatory overhang on the edible-oil and oleochemical major, disclosed under Reg 30(13).
