Ukrainian drones set fires at Tolyattikauchuk — supplier of roughly a quarter of Russia's synthetic rubber — and at a Nizhnekamsk facility on 12 June, the second strike on the Tolyatti complex since April. For Indian tyre and rubber-goods makers leaning on imported PBR and butyl grades, repeat strikes on Russian rubber capacity are now a supply-and-price variable, not a headline.
