The Boob family is moving 15% of Clean Science into trusts: 1.59 crore shares, two trusts, one resigning director – 12 Jun 2026

Nilima Boob's 58 lakh shares went to the Alaknanda Boob Business Trust on 8 June, and Asha Boob has disclosed a pending gift of 1.01 crore shares that will take her personal stake from 10.38% to 0.88%. Nearly 15% of the specialty chemicals maker is being re-housed into family trusts — and Non-Executive Director Sanjay Kothari quit two days into the process.
