The missile strike on Karoon's chlorine units, stacked on Sadara's indefinite shutdown, erases over 90% of the region's MDI/TDI capacity in one stroke. With BASF, Covestro and Huntsman already hiking and force majeure spreading, the polyurethane chain has entered a full price-hiking window.
