Dangote PP plant nears utility commissioning: West Africa supply is coming – 4 Jun 2026

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited has signed a contract worth Rs 2,000-2,500 crore to supply eight gas turbine generator packages to Dangote Petroleum Refinery and Petrochemicals' polypropylene plant in Nigeria — a near-term commissioning milestone for what would be West Africa's first large-scale integrated polypropylene facility.
