GSFC moves to formalise leadership with an NRC-cleared Managing Director appointment – 7 Jan 2026

GSFC informed exchanges that its Nomination and Remuneration Committee met on 6 January 2026 and approved the appointment of Dr. Rajender Kumar, IAS as Managing Director, recommending it for board approval.
