ONGC  extends charter hiring of six offshore helicopters bid submission – 16 Dec 2025

ONGC has pushed the six-helicopter offshore charter tender out by two weeks, shifting bid submission to 30 December 2025 and bid opening to 31 December 2025.

The extension lands after a string of bid-format and currency/local-content rewrites that tighten how prices will be evaluated and paid.

What bidders do with the extra time will decide whether this is a participation rescue, a compliance clean-up, or a last-mile price-policing move in disguise.
