1) Five-round deadline drift reshapes bidder calculus in ONGC Hazira

The ONGC Hazira composite pipeline tender has now slipped by 83 days through five successive extensions. Each notice carried only a one-line date shift, with no supporting clarifications or scope changes. The prolonged drift raises questions about bidder readiness, technical alignment, and the evolving risk appetite around this revamp package.

2) Five-step deadline drift marks BPCL Kochi PP pump package

EIL extended the LCWS pump tender deadline five times, pushing closure more than a month beyond the original date. The unusually long drift points to documentation-heavy requirements and possible vendor readiness gaps. What this means for competition, sequencing, and downstream engineering sits behind the wall.

3) Fourth extension pushes BPCL BPREP column-tower bid window to December

BPCL and EIL have pushed the carbon-steel column and tower package deadline through four successive extensions. Vendors now have until 04 December to submit bids for one of BPREP’s most fabrication-intensive scopes. The elongated window hints at a stretched vendor pool and high document-processing demands.

4) EIL extends Butene-1 licensor bid deadline to 11 December

EIL has shifted the Butene-1 licensor submission deadline to 11 December, adding a 15-day buffer to the original timeline. The move comes without any accompanying technical or commercial changes. The extension subtly widens the competitive window in a tender driven by heavy documentary qualification.

5) Bid deadline for labyrinth compressor package pushed twice in NRL PPU project

The COMP-RECIPRO package has received two consecutive extensions beyond the original 17 November deadline. Vendors now have until 1 December to complete NDA-gated documentation and align with the MR requirements. The delay reshapes evaluation timing but leaves scope and conditions untouched.
