MRPL cancels VOC treatment package tender after major technical clarifications reshape scope – 24 Nov 2025

A series of clarifications and technical amendments fundamentally altered the package design, from header sizing to hazardous-area electrical requirements. Vendors repeatedly flagged missing documents, scope conflicts, and interface risks. By the final extension, the package conditions had diverged enough for MRPL to withdraw the tender altogether.
