IOCL Panipat has finalised the two-year corrosion-control package for AVU-I. The deal covers continuous dosing, KPI-linked monitoring, and 48 passivation cycles. Stricter per-unit penalties and overhead-flow-based dosing criteria mark a clear tightening of performance governance.
