Tighter 10% DFR and island-only scope shift risk on crude tank study – 29 Oct 2025

BPCL has locked the feasibility at ±10% accuracy and kept adequacy checks squarely within the consultant’s remit. The scope is confined to Jawahar Dweep with no subsea or jetty changes, but routing and refinery MTOs still sit with the study. Fire-water is sea-water based, no flare is envisaged, and surge relief is a gap to solve.
