EIL opened technical bids for MRPL’s FO & IRT E&I package with six contenders. A technical amendment put the ABB switchboard GA on record while reserving deeper design identifiers for post-award. The BOQ shows heavy ABB/Schneider retrofits, MV/LV cabling and instrument works under tight OISD-192 controls.
