1) GAIL Vizag DG-set PMC bid extended to 7 Nov

GAIL has pushed the bid deadline for its DG-set PMC at Visakhapatnam to 7 November. The two-step extension follows a rigorous QCBS 80:20 framework and evidence-heavy BEC. The scope and securities are unchanged, keeping evaluation philosophy intact.

2) Deadline pushed to 04 Nov for SAF licensor

BPCL has extended its Kochi SAF licensor bid twice, from 24 Oct to 04 Nov. The GeM ATC also sets offer validity at nine months, overriding the 180-day portal field. With EMD at Rs 20,00,000 and a 5% ePBG for 27 months, the risk framework stays firm.

3) Bid date pushed to 10 Nov for centrifugal compressors in BPCL Bina BPREP

EIL has moved the submission window by fourteen days for BPCL’s Bina petchem compressor package. The original 27 Oct deadline is now 10 Nov, with scope and PQCs unchanged. Expect cleaner compliance packs rather than softer terms.

4) Bid end pushed to 31 October for instrumentation services in MRPL aromatic complex

MRPL has granted a second extension for its aromatic complex instrumentation services tender. The close moves from 16 October to 28 October and now to 31 October, widening the runway by 15 days. The structure and risk splits remain, keeping Part-A wage exposure squarely on the bidder.
