PNGRB floated a two-part authorization bid for a 21 km common-carrier ATF pipeline to Pune airport with a 0.5 MMTPA floor. A late corrigendum slashed the combined net worth bar to Rs 10.50 crore from Rs 105 crore, widening eligibility. The bid now stands cancelled, raising questions on whether competition, airport interfaces, or timing drove the pullback.
