BUP pilot plant tender extended amid deep technical and payment rewrites by IOCL R&D – 7 Oct 2025

IOCL’s BUP pilot plant bid has now been pushed to 17 October after four extensions. A mid-September corrigendum rewired hazardous-area, instrumentation and vacuum specs, while an October payment tweak introduced a 15% engineering-stage advance. The shifts could reshape bidder mix, delivery risk and pricing.
