BPCL seeks CRZ nod for Kandla HSD pipeline – 30 Sep 2025

Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. plans to lay a new 24-inch, 2.3 km high-speed diesel pipeline from Oil Jetty-06 to the IFFCO chamber at Kandla Port. The Rs 11 crore project, which will ride on IOCL’s existing trestle, aims to cut tanker unloading delays and secure supply reliability across western and northern India. The proposal, requiring CRZ clearance, is slated for appraisal at the MoEF&CC’s upcoming 419th EAC meeting on October 3, 2025.
