Oil India’s Mahanadi mud engineering and DWM package has been extended after a mid-course scope reset and personnel-policy tightening.
The latest uploaded document moves the closing to 19 September 2025 while normalising HPWBM tables and locking a cap on engineer replacements.
Whether a further push to 24 September 2025 is formal will shape bidder calculus on crew and inventory buffers.
