ONGC wants thrice-daily site forecasts, cyclone tracks on a four-bulletin cadence, and seven-day tow-route packages with tides — all streamed via APIs and dashboards.

The buyer is also asking for training, a helpline, and monthly usage reviews to keep operations weather-literate.
