Oil India has picked a single integrated operator to run its Kakinada shore base for the Andaman and KG DSF campaigns.
The contract hard-codes 24×7 port access, vessel turn-round in 24 hours, and simultaneous bulk and deck operations.
The risk lies in the plus minus 25% option and a dispute framework that may sit outside routine arbitration.
