The bid deadline has been moved while binding a new tranche of Q&A and amendments into the tender. The owner has clarified safety studies, HAZOP cadence and closure, and a closed-loop cooling-water strategy that shifts hydraulics onto the EPCM. But commercial guardrails and digital deliverables remain largely unchanged—and that will shape who leans in.
