Lamprell, L&T, and MDL pressed ONGC on LD exposure, free-issue custody, and insurance relief, but responses left most risks with contractors.

Only two Season-1 segments now attract segment-specific LD, with others tied to overall completion.

What is more, ONGC has removed a major engineering variable by ruling out flow-assurance studies.
