Paradip SRU-86/87 shutdown draws three technical bids – 8 Sep 2025

IOCL has framed its SRU shutdown tender to recover utilities and power at the invoice level. Three of four bidders have cleared technical, setting up a straight price face-off without reverse auction. The real spread will come from how each bidder prices crane time and steam-air consumption.
