Bid due date pushed out as EIL flags IFR technical amendment for BPCL Bina tankages – 6 Sep 2025

EIL has extended the bid window even as it prepares a technical amendment on IFR loads and antistatic design. The move comes after multiple bidder queries sought precision on live-load, seal MOC and bonding philosophy. Whether this stabilises pricing or compresses execution buffers will be clear only post award. The package covers full EPC execution of multiple CS/AL tankages including IFR (aluminium and CS deck), DR and CR tanks with integrated fire protection, jet mixers, seals and drains, plus all inspection, calibration, and commissioning assistance.
