ONGC pushes mobile rigs bid ahead and adds dependent-mobilization deferment lever  – 27 Aug 2025

ONGC has moved its four-rig charter submission to 8 September with the unpriced opening on 9 September.

A fresh GCC clause lets the buyer defer dependent mobilizations if rigs are late, with a 30-day notice.

The two-week slide aims to boost compliant participation while tightening risk on idle add-on services.
