Engineers India has finalised the cooling tower EPC package for Petronet’s Dahej petrochemical complex. The award was decided on a razor-thin 2.2% price spread between two global OEMs. Hidden in the fine print are lifecycle O&M obligations and commercial clauses that could reset norms for future downstream utility tenders.
