Nano Fertilizers Pvt Ltd sought to replace its conventional STP–ETP system at Malanpur with a wetland-based “phytoremediation” scheme, but the Expert Appraisal Committee flagged the effluent’s heavy load and sent the amendment back, forcing the project to stick with its original ZLD design.
