Konaseema appraisal stalls as proposal sent back – 18 Aug 2025

The review meeting on ONGC’s Konaseema development plan concluded with regulators returning the proposal in its present form.

Despite completed baseline studies, the project will not progress until gaps in compliance, environmental safeguards, and local monitoring commitments are resolved.
