Current LNG terminals are under utilized but new termianls are still coming up

Here is the game plan

Detailed Feasibility Report (DFR) finalization is planned between February and March 2026.

Project Management Consultant appointment scheduled from April to July 2026.

Contract awards for dredging, jetty civil construction, subsea pipelines, and jetty facilities to happen sequentially from August 2026 through March 2027.

Completion of jetty structural works by March 2029.
