Oil India has issued a high-stakes global charter tender for two Anchor Handling Tug Supply (AHTS) vessels to support upcoming drilling across India’s East and West coast waters.

While pre-bid flexibility is offered, final conditions are locked post-clarification—leaving little room for bidder-side repricing or tech shifts. Bid security stands over Rs. 4 crore.
