Chopper age cap shrinks fleet for new hires – 23 Jul 2025

By capping aircraft age at the contract’s end rather than start, this new EOI instantly filters out older flying assets.

This clause alone can disqualify multiple operators with leased or depreciated aircraft. Requiring a liquidity ratio ≥1 in two consecutive years without audit exceptions may shut out promising players from the EOI race.
