Despite the strategic vision of NRL’s upcoming 360 KTPA Polypropylene plant, only one bidder—M/s Prabesh Barman—has responded to its EOI for setting up plastic processing industries in NE India.

With the EOI extended twice and limited participation, questions arise on investor appetite, feasibility, and regional readiness.
