Hindustan Petroleum’s green energy arm, HPRGE, has floated near-identical DFR & PMC tenders for six CBG sites across Punjab, split across two GeM bids.

While project locations differ—Fatehgarh Sahib–Hoshiarpur vs. Malerkotla–Sangrur—the tenders mirror each other in scope, timelines, and QCBS structure.

A key post-publication revision has reweighted technical evaluation, placing sharper emphasis on bidder credentials and biogas-specific execution track records.
