A mere four days after floating its initial Expression of Interest for Used Cooking Oil procurement, Numaligarh Refinery Ltd retracted the document due to errors in submission timelines.

The reissued EOI, now live, not only corrects the anomaly but significantly advances the deadline — hinting at urgent internal timelines for SAF onboarding.
