Bidders may factor up to 95 TPH LP steam for cost calculations—marking a crucial ceiling for EPC players recalibrating financial bids for the ammonia unit.

Partial condensing steam turbines for both synthesis gas and refrigeration compressors are to be accepted, allowing greater flexibility in bidder design philosophy.

Ban on shared condensers for compressor drives is retained, citing process safety and operational independence requirements.
