OIL has moved its entire marine base from Kollam to Kochi for this offshore operation.
With 12 port calls/month and a 2.5 km cargo trek from berth to base, logistics bidders have a lot more to calculate.
With staggered durations for different services—from 210 days for well services to 330 days for yard ops—contractors need a new kind of Gantt chart to qualify here.
