One-bidder gate as public tender gets hastily withdrawn – 21 Apr 2025

The GeM listing has now vanished, with no explanation from the buyer, in this case MRPL.

This meant that the a tender where one pre-named consultant was allowed to bid and others automatically rejected was withdrawn hastily

It is quite an eyebrow raising tale indeed
