ONGC is no stranger to offshore seismic surveys, there have been lots done

But flexibility is the key. If the vendors are asking for some flexibility, in a few places, ONGC could have been more adaptive

Not being so, without compromising on quality, will limit vendor participation, and raise costs

At the end of the day, ONGC did give in, but is it enough?
