Urea Synthesis Reactor Revamp Project

Cost: Rs. 100Cr.

Project Event: The RFQ for the supply of the Urea Synthesis Reactor has been reissued, with the bid due date now extended from February 25 to March 25, 2025. ISGEC, L&T, and Fabtech Projects had shown interest in the previous bidding round.

Ammonia-Urea Brownfield Project

Cost: Rs. 8000 Cr.

Project Event:In a significant move to revitalize Assam's fertilizer industry and boost its agricultural sector, the Assam Cabinet has approved the acquisition of a 40% equity stake in the Namrup-IV project. Additionally, the NFL is interested in acquiring an 18% stake, while HURL has expressed interest in a 13% stake. The RFQ for the feasibility consultant is expected to be released in Q1 2025.
