DAP/NPK-Phosphoric Acid- Sulphuric Acid Greenfield Project
Cost: Rs. 535Cr.
Project Event: During Q3 FY25, SBI, Axis Bank, and Federal Bank completed the financial closure for a term loan of ₹248 crore. The company has announced plans to raise upto Rs.200 crores by the issuance of fresh equity through QIP to fund the capex plans The project construction work is underway and expected to be commissioned by October 2026.
Phosphoric acid Expansion Project
Cost: Rs. 70Cr.
Project Event:All regulatory formalities have been completed, and construction work is nearing completion. The capacity is expected to be commissioned ahead of the target schedule in Q2 FY26. An application has been submitted for an additional 17 hectares of adjoining land in Banda, Sagar, to facilitate future capacity expansion.
