Ammonia-Urea Energy Saving Project

Cost: Rs.380 Cr.

Project Event: The hiring process for the LSTK contractor is still in progress and is expected to be finalized by the end of February 2025. Procurement of major equipment, including components for the Synthesis Gas Compressor Train and the Air Compressor Turbine, is actively underway. Installation and commissioning are anticipated to be completed by December 2025, further reducing energy consumption for urea production to 6.1 GCal/MT.

Ammonia-Urea Fertilizer Complex Development Project

Cost: Rs1950 Cr.

Project Event: the Detailed Project Report (DPR) for the Dahej Fertilizer Complex is expected to be finalized and approved. Following the DPR completion, the company is likely to focus on securing necessary approvals, including environmental clearances and financial sanctions, to proceed with project implementation. Preliminary engineering and planning activities may have commenced, along with the identification and pre-qualification of potential contractors and vendors for key project components. These efforts are expected to set the foundation for the project's execution phase in the upcoming year.
