Ammonia-Urea Brownfield Project
Cost: Rs.16372 Cr.
Project Event: 65.46 % of the construction work has been completed. TFL has received a detailed legal opinion on the contractual clauses with WECL and the current status of TFL, considering contract terms, project conditions, government guidelines, and applicable laws. The report is still under review by TFL's top management and JV promoters to decide the next steps. The project is likely to be commissioned in May 2025.
Nitric Acid Brownfield Project
Cost: Rs.1950 Cr.
Project Event: The detailed engineering phase is nearing completion, and procurement activities for equipment and materials are in full swing. Construction activities have commenced at the project site, with site preparation and initial civil works underway. Tata Projects Limited, the EPCM contractor, is closely managing the project timeline to ensure adherence to the targeted Commercial Operations Date in the second half of FY26. Additionally, coordination with licensors Casale and KBR is ongoing to ensure the seamless integration of advanced technologies into the plant's design and operations.
