We did a fine analysis of an offshore projct of ONGC to figure out whether bidders were unreasonable in seeking concessions

Some of the relaxations sought are clearly not something that ONGC can give in to

But for others, particularly for foreign companies, some of the rules may keep them away

So, ONGC needs to take a call on them in future projects
