Converting a Vis Breaker unit into a Crude Distillation unit is an expensive process

But this refinery is trying to see if it can be done

It does not want the constraints imposed by the main equipment in the Vis Breaker unit to be removed

The scope was refined to include the preparation of a high-level equipment list with design conditions, dimensions, and material specifications for new or modified items. CPCL also indicated that their standard template would be provided for cost estimation purposes.

It was clarified that only a high-level payback time estimation is required, based on capital expenditure, operating expenses, and sales revenue, without the need for a detailed financial analysis.

But the fact that bid date has been extended several times means that everyone is struggling with what CPCL wants to do
