This increase is driven by a combination of tight supply conditions and rising demand from downstream industries, particularly in the production of chemicals and solvents.On October 7, 2024, Purified Terephthalic Acid (PTA)prices in Mumbai were quoted higher from Rs.73.5/Kg to Rs76/Kg a hike of Rs.2.5/kg
